Market leadership comes with a persistence and will to adhere to certain values that a business stands for. Strong organizations don’t become that way overnight but it takes years of consistent behaviors and business strategy that helps build a value driven culture. A technology company, no matter how deeply rooted in advancement, must also keep in mind that it is the people who will ultimately benefit from their innovation. We found an infographic from MidAmerica Nazarene University that speaks about the core values of top 7 technology companies in U.S. We thought that it would be interesting so we are re-posting it on The Local Brand. It could be quite fascinating to note that how such large and complex organizations are driven by such simple motivations. Such as, Jeff Bezos led Amazon has a inclination towards ‘Frugality’ which is evident by the low profit margins but high volume sales of this eCommerce platform.
