Why Go Tankless? Choosing the Modern Heater Without a Tank [Infographic]

Tankless water heaters are becoming a staple trend in many homes. More and more people are not deciding to make the switch due to the many advantages it offers compared to its outdated counterpart. As an alternative to storage tank models, which needs to constantly heat water in a stored tank, this innovation provides convenience, efficiency, and luxury to its users.

In a tankless water heater, a gas burner or an electric element heats the cold water that is traveling through a pipe into the unit when the wired hot water tap is turned on. Because of this, a tankless water heater can deliver a constant supply of hot water, which eliminates the need to wait for a storage tank to fill up with enough hot water before using.

Typically, tankless water heaters provide a rate of 2-5 gallons or 7.6-15.2 liters of hot water per minute. Gas-fired tankless water heaters produce higher flow raters than electric ones as well.

Many people consider the tankless water heater to be a worthy alternative to storage tank heaters, but many still fall skeptical or are still uninformed of the benefits they can reap. Find out why you should make the switch and have a tankless heater installed in your home now with this infographic:
