We all look forward to taking vacations, especially during the summer. A break from work allows us to clear our heads, relax, and come back refreshed and rejuvenated. However, many employees don’t utilize their vacations to the fullest. According to one study, US employees use only 51% of their eligible paid time off and 61% work while they’re on vacation.
What’s more, America is the only developed country that doesn’t have mandated paid time off for employees. So how does the rest of the world stack up?
