How often do you feel that you are not doing enough productive work on an average work day? Maybe never. However research shows that employees spend much of their day doing things that don’t add any value to the organization. Mostly its the paperwork, unnecessary emails, pointless meetings and so on that keeps the office worker occupied through the day. The non productive tasks in a day seem to overshadow the work and at the end its only an average of 3 hours of sincere work that results from this. Here’s an infographic:
